Information before applying for driving position
Thank you for your interest in applying with HCT, below is some helpful information
High Country Transportation, Inc. (HCT) is an independent agent for Packard Transport, LLC. Packard Transport, LLC is owned by the Evans Network of Companies. HCT hires our own drivers, we book our own loads, have our own customers and operate independently (just like most trucking companies). Company driver payroll is run by HCT and your check comes from us. HCT provides your benefits, you will be driving an HCT company truck and you will be dispatched by an HCT dispatcher. You will be working for HCT. Packard Transport, LLC provides safety management and as part of this they provide our new application screening and approval. When you click the APPLY NOW button below it will take you to the application portal for the Evans Network of Companies and you will see Packard Transport, LLC listed as one of the companies they own. This is the correct application page. We will get the application you submit. The page is an application that is set up specifically to come to us. In the application it asks which Agent you will be driving for. Enter the code PTRUHC. The application will get to us anyway but it is good to put that in there to make sure.
